Everything was great during 7 days, thoroughly enjoyed its breathtaking location short walk to the other hotels a restaurants in the Ressort as well as Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps. The hotel staff was good, they all greeted us. Was a good home base for holiday.

Our room featured convenient amenities like a coffee/tea maker, a cozy sitting area, and a functional writing desk. The private bathroom, complete with a bidet, was immaculately cleaned each day. The hotel's proximity to other hotels, restaurants, the mountains, Lake Lucerne, and the Swiss Alps made it an ideal location for exploring and experiencing everything the resort has to offer.

The location of this hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We were surrounded by mountains and had a stunning view of the lake. It was the perfect setting for a romantic escape. the facilities were top-notch. The infinity pool spa was a dream, especially when enjoying a cup of coffee. The ferry service provided by the hotel was also a huge advantage, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. the room service phone wasn't working initially, but it was fixed later on.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the accessibility features of the Waldhotel & Spa. the spacious rooms and quality finishes were perfect for my needs. the highlight was the incredible SPA, where I could relax and recharge while enjoying the breathtaking views and surrounding nature.
I felt incredibly lucky during my stay at the Waldhotel & Spa as I had no complaints whatsoever.
